There are many components in your blood cell namely
Red Blood Cell
White Blood Cell
Platelets
Plasma
Blood functions


And do you know your blood type?
A person with type A blood can donate to a person with Type A & AB
A person with type B blood can donate to a person with Type B & AB
A person with type AB blood can donate to a person with Type AB only
A person with type O blood can donate to a person with anyone

So who are the most generous type of people? Obviously people with blood type O : )
